[THE MODEL RELEASE]
We need a signed model release in order for us to give you any pictures from your shoot. This is not a contract, it simply spells out your rights as a model and confirms that I own the copyright to the photos. If you're 18 or older you can sign the model release yourself at the time of your shoot. If you are under 18 a parent must sign the model release in addition to the model.
